Ordering Procedures
1) To place an order, send an email to ilbello.order@gmail.com with your name and item number. You can also send in any queries you have to this email address.
2) An invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours.
3) Once the invoice is received, kindly make your payment to my POSB account within 24 hours. Account number will be provided in the invoice email.
4) Once the payment is made, send the payment details back to me for verification.
5) Next, simply sit back, relax and wait for the arrival of your item in the chosen delivery mode.

Delivery of Items
1) Normal Postage : FREE
2) Registered Postage : Additional S$3.50
3) MeetUp : FREE

Once payment is made and verified, I will try to arrange meetup for you within the next 2 -3 days. However do note that the dates/timings will still be dependable on my schedule due to my work committments.

Return Policy
There will be NO refunds or exchanges UNLESS the item is defective.
If the item you received is defective, I will arrange a meet up and you can choose to:
1) Get a Refund
